Submit Work Order
General Information
Work Orders Requests will be handled as quickly as possible. You may submit work orders through the below portal OR by calling the office at 412-205-3384. Please only submit one request for each work order. Submitting multiple requests WILL NOT expedite your work order.
Priorities
Priority is given to emergency work orders, which will be handled ASAP. Emergency work orders are those that pose immediate threat to the life and/or safety of tenants. Examples include frozen pipes, significant leaks, broken windows, and non-functioning heat. Typically, we will contact you back within hours to schedule emergency repairs.
Non-Emergency Orders
Non-emergency work orders are usually handled in the week subsequent to submittal. Non-emergency work orders are those that do not pose an immediate threat to the life and/or safety of tenants. Examples of non-emergency work orders include broken light fixtures, a clogged sink, broken blinds, and non-significant leaks. Typically, we will contact you back within 24-48 business hours to schedule non-emergency repairs for the following week.
