(Non-Agency Related)

In order to ensure that tenants are successful once in our unit, we require the following items from our non-agency related residential  tenants:

• No criminal history within the past 5-years
• No evictions within the past 5 years
• Gross Income equal to 2.5x the rent
• A positive reference from current landlord

Residential Rental Application Standards

(Agency Related)

We work extensively with housing agencies throughout Wester Pennsylvania to house individuals that are looking for a second chance.  In order to ensure that these tenants are successful once in our unit, we require the following items from our agency related residential  tenants:

• No criminal history within the past year
• No violent criminal history within the past 5 years
• A viable rental payment plan of at least 1 year, supported by an agency
• A positive reference from current agency, with supporting action plan
• A positive reference from current landlord
