Robert Utter
President
Robert grew up in Erie County, Pennsylvania, graduated Allegheny College and the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law. After practicing law for several years, he switched to real estate investing full time, founding Lilac Investments, LLC in 2010. Robert is responsible for all Lilac daily operations, including new property purchases, construction oversight, maintenance tracking, tenant acquisition, and tenant relations. Robert lives in Forest Hills with his wife, Mary, and their two young sons.
Matt Adams
Meadville Commercial Real Estate Manager
Matt oversees Lilac’s commercial real estate in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Specifically, he and his wonderful secretary, Joleen, ensure smooth operation of The Crawford County Trust Building, the most prestigious office space in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Matt is a graduate of Allegheny College and a long-time resident of Crawford County. He lives in Saegertown with his wife, Jen, and his two children. When not overseeing Lilac’s Meadville real estate, Matt owns and operates Matt Adams Financial Group, LLC.
Amanda Larkin
Administrative Assistant
Amanda's years of professional experience is invaluable to Lilac and our tenants. She handles advertising Lilac’s vacancies as well as receiving and processing applications from prospective tenants. She also manages rent collection with current tenants.
Kelly Lackner
Maintenance Technician
Kelly is a maintenance technician at Lilac, with responsibilities focused primarily in Whitehall, Hazelwood, Homestead and Pittsburgh’s South Hilltop neighborhoods. Kelly brings to bear a wide and deep range of construction skills.

Josh is a maintenance technician at Lilac, with maintenance responsibilities focused primarily in Duquesne, Homestead, Pitcairn and other Mon Valley communities. Josh has years of experience maintaining residential rental units.
