Commercial Rental Application
In order to ensure that tenants are successful once in our unit, we require the following items from our commercial tenants:
- Established business history of at least 2 years
- Two-years' tax returns evidencing business’s profitability
- Current Cash Flow Analysis evidencing ability to handle rent
- For the business’s principals, no criminal history within past 5-years
- A positive reference from current landlord
